Returns Policy

We will accept returns or exchanges of Old Navy merchandise at any Canada store location within 90 days of original purchase date, subject to certain limitations as described below. Returns will not be accepted after 90 days.

Valid identification must be presented at the time of transaction for all returns without an original receipt or to receive a merchandise certificate by mail. All receipts must be authenticated to process the return. All returns, exchanges, and price adjustments must be made in the country of original purchase.

Original Receipt

Customers will receive original form of payment for price paid.

For items purchased with a personal or traveler’s check, customers will receive a refund by mail in the form of a mail check.

Gift Receipt

Customers will receive a merchandise exchange or an Old Navy GiftCard for price paid.

No Receipt

Customers will receive a merchandise certificate by mail for current selling price.

Old Navy stores have a limited ability to look up your original transaction if the form of payment was by credit card, debit card or gift card. If the transaction can be located and validated, your return will be treated as an original receipt transaction.

Price Adjustments

We offer a one-time price adjustment when an original sales receipt is presented within 14 days of the date of purchase.
